Privacy Policy

XPS Business Systems is a trading name of Parallel Marketing Inc ("we", "us"). We build and run websites, lead capture and CRM for contractors. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who it goes to.
Two different groups of people are covered here: the contractors who buy from us, and the homeowners and customers who fill in a form or call a number on a site we run for a contractor.
What we collect from contractors
- The setup answers you give us: business name, owner name, phone, email, service area, services, pricing you want shown, logo and photos.
- Billing details. Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we hold only what Stripe shows us, such as the card brand, the last four digits and whether a payment succeeded.
- Business verification details for text messaging, if you switch it on. These go through a secure link to the carrier registry, not by email. We do not ask for a tax ID or a social security number anywhere else, and you should never send one by email.
- Support messages you send us.
What we collect from your customers
When someone fills in a form or calls a number on a site we run for a contractor, we collect what they provide — name, phone number, email, property address and what work they are asking about — together with the time of the enquiry.
Those leads belong to the contractor. We handle them on the contractor's behalf so they can follow up. We do not use them for our own marketing and we do not sell them.
How we use it
- To build and run the website, capture leads and deliver the automated follow-up.
- To take payment and send receipts, review links and service notices.
- To answer support requests.
- To keep the service secure, spot abuse and fix faults.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a contractor's customer list to market anything to those customers.
Text messaging and mobile numbers
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party.
A mobile number is shared only with the business you contacted and with the service providers that carry the messages — our telephone carriers — solely to deliver the service.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Who we share information with
- The contractor whose site you contacted.
- Service providers who host our systems, carry calls and messages, deliver email and process payments — Stripe for payments, our telephone carriers for calls and texts, Resend for email, and Cloudflare for hosting.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
That is the whole list. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We use only what is needed to make the site work and keep it secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. If a contractor adds their own analytics or advertising tags to their site, that is their choice and their policy applies to it.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep a contractor's account details and lead history while their plan is running, because that is what the CRM is for. When a plan ends we send the contractor their customer list and then remove it from our live systems. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected] and we will deal with it. If you are a homeowner asking about an enquiry you made, tell us which business you contacted so we can find it.
Children
This service is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
