Terms of Service
Last updated 20 September 2026
These are the terms for the XPS Business Systems website, hosting and CRM package. They are written to be read, not to be skipped. If anything here is unclear, email us before you sign up and we will explain it.
1. Who we are
XPS Business Systems is a trading name of Parallel Marketing Inc, a Florida corporation. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Parallel Marketing Inc trading as XPS Business Systems, and "you" means the business that signs up.
Parallel Marketing Inc
8445 Del Lago Circle, 204
Tampa, FL 33614
[email protected]
Your agreement is with Parallel Marketing Inc. Xtreme Polishing Systems is a separate company and is not a party to these terms.
2. What you get
Every plan includes the same thing. The plans differ only in how you pay for it.
- A website on your own web address, built from the answers you give in the setup questions — your business name, your services, your area, your photos or ones we provide, and your prices if you want them shown.
- Hosting and upkeep. We keep it online, keep it secure and keep it working on phones.
- Lead capture. A quote form on the site that reaches you, and a record of every enquiry.
- A CRM with automated follow-up, so an enquiry that comes in while you are on a job still gets answered.
- Changes. Tell us what to change and we change it. There is no limit and no charge for reasonable changes to your own content — wording, photos, prices, hours, the number it rings.
If you don't have a web address we register one for you and it is yours. While any part of your $399 setup is still unpaid we keep that registration in our account; once the setup is clear we transfer it to you on request. See Who owns what.
3. What is not included
- Advertising — we do not run ads for you on these plans, and no ad spend is included.
- SEO campaigns or any promise about search rankings.
- Ongoing content production — blog posts, social posts, photo or video shoots.
- The JobBring tools (Smart Estimate, the Floor Visualizer, the AI Receptionist). Those are separate and billed separately — see section 9.
- Custom software, online payments, booking systems or integrations beyond what is described above. We can quote those separately.
- Third-party costs you choose to take on — for example a domain you already pay for elsewhere, or a phone service you buy directly.
4. The plans and the prices
All prices are in US dollars and all plans are month to month. There is no minimum term and no contract length.
| Plan | Due today | Months 1–6 | Month 7 onward |
|---|---|---|---|
| A — pay when it's live | $0 | $249 / month | $129 / month |
| B — pay as you go | $197 | $197 / month | $129 / month |
| C — pay the setup now | $399 setup | $129 / month, starting 30 days after signup | $129 / month |
The drop to $129 happens automatically at month 7 on Plans A and B. You do not have to ask for it and we do not have to remember it — it is set up in our payment system when you sign up. Plan C is already at $129 and stays there.
Prices include the setup of everything in section 2. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
5. How the setup fee is paid
There is one rule, and it is the same on every plan:
$129 of every monthly payment is the service. Everything above that pays down the one-off $399 setup.
- Plan A — $249 − $129 = $120 a month toward the setup. It is paid off after 4 payments.
- Plan B — $197 − $129 = $68 a month toward the setup. It is paid off after 6 payments.
- Plan C — the $399 is paid in full on the day you sign up, so nothing is ever outstanding.
This matters in one situation only: if you cancel before the setup is paid off. See section 8.
6. Plan A: you approve before you pay
On Plan A nothing is charged when you sign up. Your card is saved and that is all.
- We build your site.
- We email you a private link to look at it. Nothing has been charged at this point.
- On that page you can either publish it or tell us what to change. Changes are free, there is no limit on them, and asking for one charges you nothing.
- Your first $249 is charged when you press publish, and your plan starts then.
If we don't hear from you
We cannot leave a finished site unpublished forever, so there is a time limit and we tell you the exact date in the email. If you have not published it or asked for a change within 14 days of us sending you the link, we will publish it and your plan starts then. We send reminders on day 3 and day 10 before that happens.
An outstanding change request pauses that clock. If you have asked us for a change and are waiting on us, the 14 days stop until we send the revision back. You are never charged for a delay that is ours.
7. Cancelling
Every plan is month to month. You can cancel any time, and there is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
To cancel, email us at [email protected]. We will confirm it, charge any setup balance that is still outstanding (section 8), and end the subscription. We do not keep billing you after you ask us to stop.
When a plan ends, the site comes offline. It runs on our system, so it does not keep running once you stop paying for it. Everything you brought to it leaves with you — see Who owns what.
8. What you owe if you cancel early
If you cancel before the $399 setup is paid off, the unpaid part is charged to the card you have on file. Nothing else is owed — there is no penalty and no charge for the months you did not use.
| Payments you have made | Still owed |
|---|---|
| 1 | $279 |
| 2 | $159 |
| 3 | $39 |
| 4 or more | $0 |
| Payments you have made | Still owed |
|---|---|
| 1 | $331 |
| 2 | $263 |
| 3 | $195 |
| 4 | $127 |
| 5 | $59 |
| 6 or more | $0 |
Plan C never owes a balance. The $399 was paid on day one.
Plan A, if you never published. If you signed up on Plan A and never approved your site, you were never charged anything and you owe nothing at all — no setup balance, no monthly. You only start paying for a site you have accepted.
9. The JobBring tools
Smart Estimate, the Floor Visualizer and the AI Receptionist are JobBring products — a separate service, also from Parallel Marketing Inc. If you tick them at checkout they are set up on the same card, as a separate subscription shown separately on your statement. They are not part of the website package and cancelling one does not affect the other.
| Tool | Monthly | Free trial |
|---|---|---|
| Smart Estimate | $29 | 3 days |
| Floor Visualizer | $39 | 3 days |
| Both together | $59 | 3 days |
| AI Receptionist | $99 | None — it bills from the day you start it |
The AI Receptionist has no free trial. It costs us money from the first minute — a phone number, the voice service and the per-minute usage — so it bills immediately. The other tools do not, which is why they get three free days.
You can cancel any tool at any time. No balance is ever owed on the tools — the setup rule in section 5 applies only to the website package.
The tools are also covered by the JobBring terms and privacy policy at jobbringapp.com.
10. Who owns what
- Your web address is yours. If we registered it for you, we hold the registration until your $399 setup is clear, then transfer it to you on request. If you already had one, it stays where it is.
- Your photos, your words and your logo are yours. You keep them and can use them anywhere.
- Your customer list and your leads are yours. You can take them with you at any time, and when a plan ends we send your customer list over in a normal spreadsheet format.
- The site itself runs on our system. The platform, the templates and the code behind it stay ours, which is why the site comes offline if you stop your plan. You are paying for a site that is run for you, not for a set of files.
We may show your finished site as an example of our work. Tell us if you would rather we didn't and we won't.
11. Text messaging
If you want to text your customers from your own business number, US carriers require every business to verify itself first. This is a carrier rule, not ours.
- It happens after you sign up. We email you a secure link; it takes a couple of minutes to fill in.
- It usually clears in a few days, but it can take longer and the timing is not in our control. We cannot guarantee approval, and a carrier can reject or revoke a registration for its own reasons.
- Nothing else waits on it. Your site goes live, your form reaches you and your number rings you whether texting is switched on or not.
- We never ask for a tax ID or a social security number by email, and you should never send one that way. The secure link is the only place that information goes.
Once texting is on, you are responsible for how you use it: you must have consent to text the people you text, and you must honour STOP requests. We will suspend texting if it is used in a way that breaks carrier rules or the law.
12. Refunds
There is no refund window, because the build starts as soon as a payment is taken. On Plans B and C that is the day you sign up. On Plan A there is nothing to refund before you approve, because nothing has been charged.
The one case where we do refund is us failing to deliver. If we do not build and hand over your site, you get your money back.
Monthly payments already taken are not refunded when you cancel part-way through a month. You keep the service for the rest of that month.
13. Payment and failed payments
You keep a card on file. Monthly payments are taken automatically on the same date each month.
If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it stays unpaid, the site goes offline until it is settled. We will always tell you before that happens. Your content and your customer list are not deleted while a plan is being sorted out.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
14. Your part
- Give us accurate details about your business, and tell us when they change.
- Only send us content you have the right to use — your own photos, or photos you are licensed to use.
- Don't use the site or the texting for anything unlawful, misleading or that breaks a carrier or hosting rule.
- Keep your login details to yourself.
15. What we do and don't promise
We build and run your site with care and we keep it online. We aim for it to be available all the time, and we fix problems as fast as we can.
We do not promise business results. Nobody can honestly promise you a number of leads, a search ranking or a level of sales, and we don't. What we promise is the thing described in section 2, built and kept running.
Some things are outside our control — a domain registrar, a phone carrier, an outage at a hosting provider, or a change in someone else's rules. We will work to fix or route around them, but we are not responsible for them.
If something goes wrong and we are at fault, what you can recover from us is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before the problem. Neither of us is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit.
16. Support
Email [email protected]. That is the right address for a change to your site, a billing question or a cancellation.
We read every message. Most get a reply within one business day, and if something is going to take longer than that we will tell you so rather than leave you waiting.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address with the date it was last changed at the top.
If a change affects what you pay or what you get, we will email you before it takes effect, and because the plan is month to month you can cancel rather than accept it.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
