Lead alert texts: how staff sign up

Last updated 6 November 2026

XPS Business Systems (Full Command Systems LLC) texts lead alerts to the owners and staff of contractor businesses that use our service: a new-lead alert, one reminder if the lead is still New after 10 minutes, and a Monday check-in. These are business notifications, never marketing, and never sent to homeowners.

The sign-up form lives inside each contractor's private portal (leads.xpsbusinesssystems.com, sign-in required), under Settings > Who gets lead alerts > Add a cell for lead alert texts. This public page shows that form exactly as it appears in the portal, so anyone can see what is agreed to.

Add a cell for lead alert texts

Lead alerts come as texts from the XPS Business Systems line. The number gets one text asking it to reply YES, and nothing else until it does.

The box starts unticked. The form will not save without it.

What happens next

  1. We store the consent: the number, the time, the business account and the exact wording above.
  2. The number gets one text: "XPS Business Systems: [Business name] added this number for lead alert texts (new leads, 10-min reminders, Monday check-in). Reply YES to start. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
  3. Nothing else is sent until the number replies YES. Then it gets: "XPS Business Systems: You will now get lead alert texts for your business. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
  4. Replying STOP at any time stops every lead alert text to that number. Replying HELP gets our contact details. The owner can also remove the number in the portal.
