SMS Terms: lead alert texts

These terms cover XPS Business Systems lead alerts, a text message program run by Full Command Systems LLC (trading as XPS Business Systems), 2200 NW 32nd St, Suite 700, Pompano Beach, FL 33069.
Who gets these texts
Lead alerts go only to the owners and staff of contractor businesses that use XPS Business Systems. They are business notifications about that business's own leads. We never send these texts to homeowners or other consumers, and they never carry marketing or promotions.
How you sign up
The business owner adds a mobile number in their private XPS Business Systems portal (Settings, "Who gets lead alerts") and ticks a box that is not pre-checked, agreeing to these texts. That number then gets one text asking it to reply YES. No alerts are sent until the number replies YES. You can see the exact form on our lead alert sign-up page.
What we send
- A new-lead alert when a homeowner asks the business for a quote.
- One reminder if that lead is still marked New 10 minutes later.
- A Monday check-in listing up to 5 leads that are still open.
Each text carries one link to a page on leads.xpsbusinesssystems.com where you mark the lead (called, booked, quoted or dead). Alerts carry the homeowner's name and phone number so you can call them back.
How often
Message frequency varies with how many leads the business gets, usually a few texts a day at most. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any lead alert to stop all lead alert texts to your number. You will get one text confirming it, and nothing after that. Reply START to sign up again.

The business owner can also remove your number at any time in their portal. Removing a number or texting STOP stops the alerts; it does not change anything else about the business's account.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage. Texts are not a replacement for checking your leads in the portal or your lead alert emails.
Your number and privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. We keep a record of each sign-up (the number, the time, the business and the exact wording agreed to) so we can show consent was given. See our Privacy Policy.
